These products have gained significant recognition and approval from a large customer base. One notable case study involves the development of rubber diaphragms for water pumps, successfully applied to small-sized pumps in March 2019.
In June 2018, the customer was searching for a reliable partner for their rubber diaphragm pump project. Through online research, they discovered RZD, known for our extensive experience in silicone & rubber products. The customer sent us the relevant drawings of their product for evaluation. Upon reviewing the 3D design, we noticed its similarity to a rubber diaphragm product we had previously developed.
On July 10, 2018, the customer visited RZD on-site. We showcased samples, products, as well as our production and testing equipment related to rubber diaphragms. Impressed by our capabilities, the customer decided to choose RZD as their partner.
To meet these requirements, we strictly controlled the precision of the molds, focusing on every detail. Through meticulous efforts, the initial sample testing successfully met the customer's high-precision expectations.
Following confirmation of the samples, we proceeded to develop production molds and smoothly commenced mass production in March 2019.
Building on this success, we expanded our collaboration to develop other products, including rubber umbrella valves, which received high praise from the customer. In conclusion, the rubber diaphragm pump project achieved a resounding success, thanks to our dedication and accumulated technical expertise.
