Injection Molding

Vacuum Forming

Pressure Forming

Pressure forming is an optimal manufacturing process for silicone rubber products, due to its high production efficiency, precision in product size and ability to accommodate large-scale production.

At our custom injection mold and plastic product manufacturing facility, we respect and protect the intellectual property rights of our customers. Therefore, we cannot provide standard stock samples. However, if you provide us with your specific product requirements, we can create a customized sample for you upon review of comprehensive cost considerations.

When selecting the appropriate material for custom injection molding, the customer should consider not only the weight of the product but also its production efficiency, which is a major cost factor. Our team of experts is more than happy to provide professional advice in this matter. We understand the function, performance, reliability goals and the environment in which the parts will be applied. With this information, we can recommend appropriate materials that fit your needs. The choice of plastic material should be carefully made, especially when dealing with heavier, thicker-walled parts. Remember that the material can affect production costs significantly. It is possible to order multiple colors in the same order. You can get the exact colors you need without having to place several orders.

At RZD, we provide a range of production services to meet the needs of our customers. Our services include manufacturing molds, creating prototypes, and mass production. No matter what you require, we have a solution for you.

We can modify your mold with additional machining, filler welding, additional material welding, or insertion of replacement functional accessories at a reasonable cost. However, if the changes are too drastic, creating a new mold may be more cost effective than adjusting an existing one.
